Shipping policy

 

Lady Molecule ships internationally to selected countries.

We strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, subject to product availability. During sale periods and public holidays, increased order volumes may result in longer processing and delivery times.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to payment authorization, stock availability, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. Deliveries to rural or remote areas may also take longer.

Lady Molecule is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to labor disputes, fire, war, governmental actions, or supplier-related delays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive the email. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days, please contact us at hello@ladymolecule.com.

Lady Molecule is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, or for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Shipping In Norway

Free standard shipping on all orders above 999 NOK.
Subscription orders are offered free shipping.

Shipping fee: 49 NOK
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days

International Shipping

International orders are shipped with DHL Worldwide Express at the following rates:

  • Sweden — 250 SEK
  • Denmark — 150 DKK
  • Europe & UK — 30 EUR
  • Rest of World — 40 USD

Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days.

Unclaimed shipments will be returned to Lady Molecule. Reshipment can be arranged for an additional fee.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

All international orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means that duties and taxes are included in the purchase price, ensuring a seamless delivery experience with no additional charges upon delivery.

Exchange Policy

Lady Molecule does not offer exchanges.

Return Policy

You may be eligible for a return if the following conditions are met:

  • The product was purchased directly from the Lady Molecule website.
  • You have valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number, order confirmation, receipt, or packing slip).
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition, including all packaging, labels, and tags.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned.
  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.

If you purchased a Lady Molecule product through another retailer, please contact the retailer directly regarding their return policy. Lady Molecule is not responsible for products purchased through third-party retailers.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at hello@ladymolecule.com and include your order number.
  2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  3. Attach the provided return label visibly on the outside of the package.
  4. Include proof of purchase inside the package.
  5. Deliver the package to the designated carrier service point.

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or damaged. A return handling fee may apply depending on your location and will be deducted from the final refund amount.
